Located between El Cajon Blvd and Meade Avenue, our project at 4376 Oregon Street in San Diego will feature 38 units designed by Studio E architects. This project will use the Complete Communities program and is part of our effort to accelerate building timelines on similar lots. By leveraging innovative design and streamlined processes, we aim to provide quality housing more efficiently. This initiative reflects our commitment to addressing the city's housing needs while enhancing urban development.
We plan to start construction in the summer of 2025.
4617 Kansas Street, San Diego, CA 92116
Beginning our second project on Kansas street, this project lies north of El Cajon Blvd steps away from Adams Avenue. Through utilizing density bonuses, the Complete Communities Act, and other financial strategies, this project will continue to bring much needed workforce housing to the mid-city region.
We had the opportunity to work with Consortium Holdings to be the Project Managers for the Lafayette Hotel Renovation. The "Rebirth" consisted of a complete remodel of all 160 Guest Rooms, the addition of 6 new Restaurants and bars, a game room, and a number of fine details throughout the property. Located off of El Cajon Blvd, the property occupies an entire city block that makes it feel like you are stepping foot in another world. The completion of this project has gained attention from people nation wide, as well as renowned news outlets including Travel & Leisure, Eater San Diego, Fox 5 News, and more. In 2023, Naturally Affordable Housing acquired the old Primavera Restaurant in the 900 block on Orange Ave in Coronado. The new tenant will be JT Prime, an Arizona based steakhouse led by Executive Chef Alex Trujillo. The Restaurant boasts an unforgettable dining experience mixed with a versatile menu paired with handcrafted cocktails.
